Ed Graybill is the best real estate agent that we have ever had!! Back in 2005, when were in New York and looking to buy a house in Virginia Beach, he took many trips out of his way to take pictures of the prospective homes and sent them to us to help make our decision process smoother. We are a military family and because Ed is retired Navy he completely understood our situations and made sure that our move from over 600 miles away went well. This year my wife and I were looking to sell the same house we bought four years ago. We did not hesitate to call Ed to help us again. With a declining economy and falling property values, he knew that we were going to be in a potentially bad situation. Even though we completed several improvements to the house, the sales price and appraisal we received for it was lower than we had hoped so we ended up paying more money to close escrow. Ed Graybill is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. I was expecting a real estate agent who would be pushy and try to sell us everything that we looked at, but not him. He hung in there with us even though I know we were not the easiest people to work with. I was always able to get in touch with him when I had a question and when we did a walk through inspection of the new construction house I was going to buy, Ed pointed out all the things that were wrong with the house so that the builder would get them fixed prior to closing. Ed spent so much time helping us with all the details in selling our home in Chesapeake, VA and finding our new one that even our neighbors commented on how much he was there. Ed was far and away more involved and helpful than any agent I've hired before. He was under our crawlspace, on the roof, and in our attic with the home inspectors at both houses. He even came out more than once to get our scary dog out of the house when buyers were coming and we were stuck at the office.
